Privacy Policy

Effective: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information smalllandlordhq.com ("we") collects and how it's used. We try to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address (and anything else you choose to give) through our newsletter provider, beehiiv. We use it only to send the newsletter and related resources. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Purchases: template purchases are processed by Gumroad (or another storefront we link to). They handle payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive basic order information such as your name, email and what you bought, so we can deliver and support your purchase.
  • Hosting and security: our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
  • Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate traffic. We don't use it to identify individuals.
  • Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep your message so we can reply.

Cookies and affiliate links

Our site doesn't set advertising cookies. If you click an affiliate link to a third-party site, that company may set cookies to track the referral, under their own privacy policy.

How we use and share information

We use information to run the site, deliver newsletters and purchases, answer messages and improve our content. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to provide these services, or if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This site is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the effective date above when we do.
